Saute 4 cloves garlic in melted butter. 2. Once golden brown add 2 chopped onions. 3. Saute onions until it becomes translucent then add one big can mushroom. 4. season with pepper to taste. 5. Add 250 g spicy aligue paste, 370ml evaporated milk, 250 grams all purpose cream, 2 tablespoons cheez whiz. 6. Lastly add parmesan cheese. You may also season it with salt but just be careful because aligue paste is already salty. 7. Simmer for 2 minutes then add 1/2 kilo of your preferred cooked pasta.
