Combine the dry ingredients for the jelly. Mix well then add water. Mix until well combined. 2. Bring to a boil then transfer to rectangular molder. 3. Let it cool. 4. In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients under 'Milk Mixture'. Set aside. 5. Once the jelly has cooled down, cut it into small cubes. 6. Combine it with milk mixture then chill. 7.
