Ingredients: - 500 gms tapioca - 2 x 250 ml all purpose cream - 1 x 250 ml condensed milk - 2 kls ripe mangoes - 1/2 cup white sugar - 3 tbsps mango powder (injoy or tang / optional) Procedure: 1. Cut mangoes into small cubes. 2. Cook tapioca with sugar for 15 minutes. You may add 1/2 cup of water. Set aside. 3. Mix mango powder with chilled cream. 4. Beat it for 15 minutes. 5. Add condensed milk. 6. Beat again until well combined. 7. Mix well all the ingredients. 8. Transfer to containers. 9. Serve chilled.
