NewsHi guys! Here is my another version of Mango Graham. Here are the ingredients: - 1 kilo ripe mangoes - 2 x 250 ml chilled all purpose cream - 300 ml condensed milk - 1 cup fresh milk - 2 packs of Graham crackers Procedure: 1. Slice ripe mangoes. Set aside. 2. In a bowl combine cream and milk. Whisk until volume gets doubled. 3. Arrange graham crackers dipped in fresh milk in a rectangular tray or tub. 4. Layer with cream mixture and mangoes.
