Separate egg yolks from egg whites. Set aside egg whites. 2. Cook egg yolks with 300 g condensed milk and vanilla extract for 15 minutes over low fire. Keep stirring until it thickens. Set aside and let it cool. 3. For the meringue, beat egg whites with cream of tartar from low to high speed until foamy. 4. Once foamy, gradually add white sugar. Beat at high speed until it forms a stiff peak. 5. Fill the piping bag with meringue then pipe a swirl in each cupcake liner leaving space in the middle for the custard. 6. Bake in a preheated oven for 12 minutes at 180° C.
