Here are the ingredients: Chocolate Syrup - 370 ml evaporated milk - 1/4 cup water - 1 cup sugar - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 2 tbsps flour + 1 tbsp cornstarch - 2 tsps coffee - 2 tbsps butter Chocolate Batter - 1 1/2 cups flour - 1/2 cup cocoa powder - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 tsp coffee - 1 cup sugar - 1 cup water - 1 egg - 1/3 cup oil Procedure for chocolate syrup: 1. Cook evap milk & water over low fire. 2. Strain dry ingredients while adding them into the milk. 3. Continuously mix it until consistency becomes thick. 4. Turn it off. 5. Add butter then mix well. Procedure for chocolate batter: 1. Strain all dry ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. Add wet ingredients. 4. Mix again until no visible lumps. 5. Brush pans with oil and cover them using foil. 6. Steam for 20-25 minutes. 7. Let it cool before removing from the pan. 8. Cover it with chocolate syrup. 9. You may add white chocolate on top (optional). Thank you for watching!
