Combine all dry ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. Add wet ingredients. 4. Mix well until no visible lumps. 5. Apply butter or oil in each molder. 6. Pour puto mixture in each molder. Fill 3/4 of the molder. 7. Put cheese on top. 8. Steam for 15 minutes. 9. Wrap lid with cloth to avoid moist and water dripping over the puto. 10.
