Misconception about Clam Artifact & Bennett

Bennett stopped healing you at the 70% mark, he won't be constantly healing you. The best characters to use this set are the ones who always heal & overheal you, no matter what happens. Overheal does contribute to the bubble pop damage. I'd say it's only best for on-field Barbara/Kokomi (when you do normal attacks on Barbara's E or Kokomi's Q), or even better for Qiqi since she can help proc Superconduct (yes, Physical RES affect the bubble damage since it's counted as Physical white number).
