NewsIngredients: Sardines Fishball: - 2 cans sardines - 4 cloves garlic - 1 chopped onion - onion leeks - 1/2 tbsp sugar - salt & pepper to taste - 1 cup flour - 1 tbsp baking powder - 1/4 cup water Sauce: - 2 cups water - 1/4 cup flour - 3/4 cup sugar - 4 cloves garlic - 1 chopped onion - 3-4 pcs red chilli - 1 sachet Magic Sarap - pepper to taste - orange food color Procedure: 1. Combine all ingredients under "Sardines Fishball". Set aside and chill. 2. For our sauce, combine water, flour and sugar. Mix well then cook it over medium fire. 3. Add all the remaining ingredients and keep on stirring until you achieve the desired thickness. Set aside. 4. Heat up cooking oil. 5. Form a ball from the prepared sardines mixture using 2 spoons. 6.
