Here are the ingredients: - 2 tablespoons butter - 4 cloves garlic - 2 chopped onions - one big can sliced mushroom - pepper to taste - 250 g spicy aligue paste - 370ml evaporated milk - 250 grams all purpose cream - 2 tablespoons cheez whiz or any brand of your choice - parmesan cheese (to taste) - 1/2 kilo pasta Procedure: 1. Saute 4 cloves garlic in melted butter. 2. Once golden brown add 2 chopped onions. 3. Saute onions until it becomes translucent then add one big can mushroom. 4. season with pepper to taste. 5. Add 250 g spicy aligue paste, 370ml evaporated milk, 250 grams all purpose cream, 2 tablespoons cheez whiz. 6. Lastly add parmesan cheese. You may also season it with salt but just be careful because aligue paste is already salty. 7. Simmer for 2 minutes then add 1/2 kilo of your preferred cooked pasta.
