Here are the ingredients: - 2 tbsps cooking oil - 6 cloves garlic - 2 onions - 1/2 kilo ground pork - 1/2 kilo hotdog - 1 tbsp tomato paste - 1 L Spaghetti sauce (sweet style) - 1 L tomato sauce (filipino style) - 1 big sachet Cheez Whiz - 1 big can mushroom (pieces and stems) - 1 big can liver spread - 250 g all purpose cream - fish sauce & black pepper to taste - 1 kilo spaghetti pasta Procedure: 1. Cook your pasta as per package instructions. Strain & set aside. 2. Heat up 2 tbsps cooking oil. 3. Saute garlic until golden brown. 4. Add onions. 5. Once onions become translucent, add the ground pork. 6. Add patis & pepper to taste. Saute then cover for 10 minutes. 6. Add tomato paste and sliced hotdogs then cook for 5 minutes. 7. Add tomato sauce & spaghetti sauce. Mix well then simmer for 5 minutes. 8. Put the mushroom then mix. 9. Add in the cream, cheez whiz & liver spread. Mix well until the liver spread melts. 10. Simmer for 5 more minutes. 11. Once cooked, you may mix it with the pasta until well combined. Top it up with grated cheese. π Thanks for watching.
